Being called “baby” by the right person is just one of the best things there is, if you ask me.
You did a wonderful job of describing this person, He sounds extremely male. I had a sudden urge to move to the edge of the bed, cover up, and stack pillows between us. Could this be why I never get the guy? 😛
Twenty years of being called “Hon” never been called Baby before… I like it. Yes, I’m in the mood for very male. Yeah the pillows do send off an, errr message. 😛

Odd how words like that are such turn-ons–signals, I think, of some sort of affinity under the skin, that of course, speaks even louder through the skin. ;_) Loved the dance in this one DA–each stanza seems more immediate than the last, but I do confess to loving the second one mightily.

“I want to feel small beside you” … This is usually such an awful feeling, but in just the right arms it’s the most amazing feeling in the world.
Hmmmm awful? I suppose its all relative and dependent upon past experiences. If I am “wanting” to lay beside someone, there would be no fear.

Irresistibly seductive and sincere. Enjoyed it very much. I really love these lines, because I remember feeling just this way:

This seems to strike a chord. I wonder if it because women of today have to be so strong and self reliant that the image of being the “weaker” sex, if only for a little while, is so appealing? I think that is what it is for me.
That is definitely a part of it. I also think there is a small aspect of being a little girl again (warped as that sounds), and more importantly for me, of a feeling of being treasured/protected. It’s the security of an unquestioning embrace. Yep, we’re complicated and worth it.
